Our Process

1. Initial Contact:
   This is where we will begin developing and discussing the requirements, ideas and direction behind the website.
2. Project Agreement:
   After our initial discussion, we’ll provide you with a project agreement, detailing project scope, inclusions, and our quote. At this stage we will issue the deposit invoice.
3. Provide Common Interface Elements:
   To help us create a suitable design, please provide main menu items for the site, as well as your current logo and graphic style.
4. Write and Supply Content:
   Informative and interesting written content is one of the most important elements of a successful website- provide your own, or make use of our in-house copy  writing team.
5. Images for Inclusion and Development:
   At the same time, send us any photographs, digital images, or graphics you would like included on the site, or any requests for a particular type of image- we have an extensive stock image database.
6. Review Period:
   By this stage, we will have prepared the site for your review. Take a look over the site and suggest any alterations or further inclusions which you feel would help realise your vision of the site.
7. Alterations to Site:
   We will finalise any requested changes to the site, and the site will be ready for launch! At this stage we also ask for the final invoice to be paid.
