Welcome to all my247 web design and hosting customers. We are very excited to have the opportunity to now work with you to provide a new platform for your websites whilst still retaining close links to the my247 network sites.

GO1 will now be managing the hosting, support, domain registration and control panels for your website.

With this transfer the following will occur:

New Content Management System (CMS):
You will no longer use the Control Tower system to edit and update your website, instead we will be installing another CMS that we use. It's a much easier to use system which incorporates nearly all the features of the Control Tower system, plus a lot more.

Your email accounts will need to be reconfigured:
We are big on privacy here and because we will not know your email account passwords we will need you to set up your own email accounts again when the site has been transferred. Don't worry if you have difficulties here, we will provide you with detailed documentation and will be able to walk you through over the phone if required.

Your website will be effectively the same:
When we move you to the new Content Management System we will keep the design elements of your site largely unchanged. If you do want a new look for your website then please contact us prior to the transfer and we will provide you with a 25% discount on the web design work (applies to all projects quoted before 31 December 2008).

GO1 will now handle support:
Once your site has been transferred we will be taking care of any support queries you may have. We're looking forward to getting to know you and your business better over the coming years.
